My Mission Statement

  • to know and be my authentic self and take exquisite care of myself
  • to create a loving atmosphere in my home that is healthy and attracts my family
  • to be active and in touch with nature...to walk & run, sail & swim, canoe & kayak, ski & cycle, hike & camp...
  • to create a fulfilling and productive atmosphere at work that is healthy & attracts wonderful people to my team
  • to work on my re-emergence regularly and deliberately and to share my knowledge and understanding with others
  • to create and sustain nurturing friendships and connections, which are both healthy and fun
  • to develop a healthy spirituality that nurtures my soul and allows me to connect with God and follow her plan for me
  • to participate and contribute to my local community in some way
  • to get out of debt, stay out of debt, live prosperously and help others financially
