5 Symptoms

Perhaps I am coming down with something? Things are "off." At Redefining Health, Bob has talked about the 5 symptoms that precede a cold. Symptoms that fly under the radar until we come down with a cold or whatever. Right now, I have some skin problems: left wrist and left breast. I have lung conjestion.
