Qigong Class started today: kidney & bladder

I feel a lot better. How smart am I to sign up for this class! Also on Wednesday I had a good session with Seonida where I finally connected with some tears. I have already forgotten the substance but it has something to do with not being able to say NO. And I am building a relationship with a neighbourhood cat that seems to have been abandoned. She is a tortoiseshell (white, yellow, black) long-hair. Very sweet. James calls her Pumpkin but a neighbour told her name was Bella. I am tending to call her Bella. It tickles me that it is from Twilight, I suspect. Haven't read Twilight, but it is very popular. I just let her in and she is eating and drinking.
