Hacked and locked down

I have lost access to my facebook pages...I think that if I post here, it will eventually be posted to facebook. I miss my facebook friends and I am trying to recover...I don't have email addresses for most of you so I can't get in touch that way. Although my normal email address [lfair@sympatico.ca] still works it seems that mail from facebook to confirm my account doesn't work??? I have noticed that a few of my regular subscriptions have also been blocked or intercepted.  Bell is difficult to communicate with and I am stuck at the moment...
